- Introduction
This Enrollment Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions between CENProject (“the Organization”) and the enrolled learner (“the Student”) participating in the Ifa Coding Academy (Ifacodemy) program. By enrolling in any Ifacodemy course or accessing its materials, the Student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
- Purpose
The purpose of this Agreement is to protect the intellectual property, reputation, and learning environment of CENProject (Ifacodemy), while ensuring a respectful and lawful relationship between the Organization and its learners.
- Ownership of Intellectual Property
Under no circumstances may the Student:
Copy or reproduce any Learning Material;
Sell, resell, or offer any part of the Learning Materials for commercial gain.
- Code of Conduct
All students are expected to:
Respect instructors, peers, and the learning environment.
Use CENProject’s materials responsibly and ethically.
Avoid actions that disrupt learning or damage the Organization’s integrity.
- Termination of Enrollment
CENProject may suspend or terminate a Student’s enrollment without prior notice if the Student:
Violates any terms of this Agreement;
Engages in fraudulent, unethical, or illegal activities related to the program.
- Acknowledgment and Acceptance
By clicking “I Agree” during online registration, the Student confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all terms contained in this Enrollment Agreement.
